Parents: The form 2006 Waiver of Liability form is required to be completed in full.  This form covers the entire Troop 1 - 2006 Calendar, starting with February 2006 and running through January 2007.  This one waiver form will be in force for the entire year.  Each Scout must have a completed form on file to participate.  You may download and print copies from this website.
